Like many remakes, this adventure yarn seems designed more like a soulless factory product, a calculated grab at some overseas profits, than anything anyone actually wanted to be involved with. Parents need to know that Point Break is a remake of the 1991 movie of the same name - and, like most remakes, it's not worth much.
